Pure Tallow started as a way for me to help my family and combined my love of health and wellness. It all began over 20 years ago when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, a turning point that set me on a lifelong path of discovering how to create balance in the body through more natural, nourishing choices.  As I began to question everything I was putting in (and on) my body, I found that many products labeled “clean” were anything but.  Many of them were filled with synthetic fragrances, harsh preservatives, and toxic additives.

I’ve always had a knack for research, and I poured that energy into learning everything I could about healing, natural living, and the power of ingredients that work with the body. This journey led me to discover the incredible efficacy of small-batch skincare. I was especially drawn to tallow—rich in bioavailable nutrients and deeply aligned with our skin’s natural chemistry.

Tallow is more than a trending ingredient—it’s deeply rooted in tradition and has been used for thousands of years in ancestral skincare. Revered for its nourishing, protective qualities, tallow has stood the test of time as a trusted remedy for dry, sensitive, and aging skin.
